Once we receive your order , we will do our best to ship your order within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends and or a holiday will be processed the next business day. If  you have any issues with your order please contact us by email or phone we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

Please inspect your items for any deficiencies or if you received the wrong order within 48 hours so that we may resolve the issue

Lost OR Stolen Packages

Bijou by Asha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to shipping address at checkout. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

We will always provide tracking and shipping info to the customer.
